Hiii! My name is danielleia! (Danielle-e-ah) I’m from good old Western New York. For those of you who don’t know where this is… it’s basically Buffalo- “Queen City,” “The City of Good Neighbors,” The City of Trees,” “A Drinking Town with A Sports Problem,” or whatever…

As of late, WNYers have declared Buffalo a hockey town and we’ve all re-embraced the Sabers as our lovers. Watch this chilling video of one of my favorite hockey moments from the 2006-2007 season to get an idea.  

Here, at Sabre Kallisions, we’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and we’ll talk SabreTalk (and everything else). I’m not affiliated with the team in any way, I’m only one of their many energetic fans. As a somewhat “renewed” female hockey fan, I do not have any credit other than I have family members in hockey, I’ve been to some games, and had a huge crush on Mike Peca in 6th grade-but those times are long gone.  

My blog was named after, none other than Buffalo native, #36 Patrick Kaleta. He’s a Sabre and he… collides… quite often. [Kaleta+Collision=Kallision]
