    I’ve noticed some quality Gerbe-love here (3 cheers for the national champ BC Eagles). Anyone watching the Memorial Cup tonight (if not, why not?)? Paul Byron (Gatineau Olympiques) - Sabres’ 6th round pick - will make our man Gerbe look like a giant. He might be 140 lbs. And he’s fantastic.

    21 goals in the QMJHL playoffs en route to the championship. 1st period tonight in Kitchener he went right to the net by the Rangers’ best defenseman and buried post-season goal #22.

    And I’ve heard LOTS of talk about Paul Byron, but I’ve yet to watch him play. 140lbs???? OH MY GOD HE’S A SMERF!
